Loan submitted for final approval

We have submitted your loan for final approval to the bank. We should hear within 2-3 business days on the loan approval. If the underwriter at the bank has any other questions or paperwork requirements, we will contact you as soon as we hear from the bank’s underwriter to go over those requirement’s. Otherwise, they will issue a final approval with no further requirements, except for the standard ones, which are receipt of a satisfactory homeowners insurance policy (flood insurance if needed), satisfactory title work, and if required a copy of any satisfactory inspections (termite inspection, well & septic, etc).
