Supporting Documentation Received

We have received the supporting documentation you sent to us, thank you. We will now go through it and let you know if anything else is needed. The bank may have further requirements for additional supporting documentation, when they receive the loan file and underwrite it.

Otherwise, we will be submitting your loan soon to the bank for final approval, once the signed loan disclosures and the appraisal have been received by us.
